The company gained traction through taking advantage of the “Build, build, build” season.

MEET THE TEAM
Engr. Crisauro Reyes Fallar III is a licensed Civil Engineer and a member of ASEAN Engineer that specialized in Scaffolding and Formworks, and currently the General Manager of SCAFORM Engineering Services, a company duly accredited by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Philippines as CPD Provider with accreditation number OCE-2021-052.
He has 30 years of experience in construction as Estimator, Designer, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer and Project Manager in various projects in the Philippines, Oman and United Arab Emirates (UAE) in both vertical and horizontal projects.
Engr. Fallar has almost 15 years of solid experience in Scaffolding and Formworks in UAE, OMAN ,and the Philippines. He worked in some of the leading scaffolding and formworks companies in the world as a Site Supervisor, Site Inspector, Field Service Engineer, HSE Advisor, ISO Management Representative, and Project Manager in the United Arab Emirates. He was able to work in Delmon Scaffolding, Scaffolding of Great Britain (SGB), Brand Energy, Safway, Hunnebeck, Aluma, Patent, and Harsco in the United Arabs Emirates. He also worked in Coffral Philippines as Project Manager on a 2 billion pesos project of Republic Cement Refinery in both Minuyan and Nozagaray Bulacan refinery in 2018 .
Engr. Fallar has intensive training and experience in scaffolding activities to comply with American, British, and Philippine standards. He is a Scaffold competent person certified by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA-PH),the Prefabricated Access Supplier and Manufacturer Association (PASMA-UK), Construction Industry Training Board (CITB-UK), Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS-UK) and Scaffold Training Institute (STI-USA).
Also, he is an authorized scaffolding Trainer of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA Philippines) in both NCII and Level III of the scaffolding training program. He is the FIRST and the ONLY authorized by TESDA to conduct training on Scaffolding Works Inspection Level 3(online training and assessment) in the Philippines and abroad.
Engr. Fallar is a registered Safety Practitioner in the United Arab Emirates and an Accredited OSH Practitioner of DOLE Philippines. He is often approached to lecture on scaffolding safety of different Engineering organizations, safety organizations, and companies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar the and Philippines. On May 25, 2020, he successfully started the online training and was able to complete 10 topics on scaffolding and safety training and have trained almost 500 persons in a span of 6 months.
Engr. Fallar is a recipient of the 2021 Ten Outstanding Safety Professionals of the Philippines (TOSPP) Award in the field of Safety in Civil Engineering by TOCAE last July 30, 2021, in Mandaue City Philippines.
